KeywordIt provides a private, invitation-only keyword-research and market-intelligence platform used by KeywordIt and authorized operators. The Service surfaces aggregate keyword and market data to support internal research and content decisions. It is not a tool for managing third-party advertising accounts on your behalf.
Access is granted on an invitation-only basis to approved users. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when requesting access and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

The Service incorporates data and services from third parties, including the Google Ads API and other keyword-data providers. Such data is accessed on a read-only basis for internal research and is provided “as is.” Your and our use of third-party data is also subject to the relevant third party’s terms and policies, including the Google Ads API Terms of Service. We do not create, manage, or modify any Google Ads campaigns through the API.
The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by KeywordIt or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
The Service and all data are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that data (including keyword metrics) is accurate, complete, or suitable for any decision you make.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeywordIt will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which KeywordIt operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Where required, you may also have rights under the laws of your own country of residence. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the jurisdiction in which KeywordIt operates.
